• Provide you with progress reports to assess existing competition and to monitor demand for your type of property. This will allow you to be one step ahead of your competitors in both price and marketing strategy.
  
  
• Carefully assess the advertising requirements of your property, to make sure it is neither under nor over exposed to the market.
  
  
• Accompany viewers where necessary and, as a matter of policy, accompany all single men when ladies are on their own in the property.
  
  
• At point of sale, investigate fully the buyers situation, including mortgage requirements throughout the chain, to uncover any potential problems, which may jeopardise the sale proceeding. Never lose sight of who we are working for and remember that it is our duty to achieve the best possible price for our clients.
  
  
• Subsequently chase the transaction regularly, to make sure any potential problems are solved.
  
  
• Never be afraid to offer constructive criticism, even if it means that you do not actually move as a result of our advice.
  
  
• Offer a no sale, no fee policy, up until the point of exchange of contracts.
  
  
• On the day of completion, hold your keys in our security system until it is confirmed that completion monies have been received, allowing you to proceed with your other important tasks.
